My Christmas Blog – 2009

With Christmas just 8 days away I figure it’s time to write a little something about it. I’ve considered talking about the commercialism of Christmas but honestly, even I’m tired of hearing about it. If you don’t know that Christmas has a bit too much present and “me” focus, you aren’t paying too much attention. That’s not my fault. So instead, here are a list of my favorites for this 2009 Christmas season.

Favorite Christmas Movie: The Holiday. I know, it’s not new anymore. And it’s not a traditional Christmas type movie…But I still love it.

Favorite Christmas Short Animation: I love Mickey’s Christmas Carol. Goofy still freaks me out a little to be honest.

Favorite Traditional Christmas Song: I love Bing Crosby’s “Silent Night”

Favorite Modern Christmas Song: House of Heroes’ “All I Want for Christmas is You”

Favorite Christmas Music Video: “Sleigh Ride” – Relient K

Favorite Christmas Decorations: Snowmen

Favorite Christmas Cookie: Sugar cookies w/ no frosting – just lots of sprinkles!
