New Music Tuesday:I Want Your Feedback This Time!

Have you ever reached that point where you love your music but you’re just craving something new? I reach this point every few months and this time I would like your help! I love to worship. But I’m not a huge fan of the traditional worship or even contemporary worship music. I can worship to a lot of different styles of music. Except rap. Just can’t get into that ;)

What bands/groups/singers/songs do you recommend?

Who is your favorite worship artist?

What about jamming in your car — who do you listen to?

I want to hear from you!

This last year I've been compulsively listening to Snow Patrol's most recent album 'A Hundred Million Suns'. I love it! Also getting a lot of plays are the 'Easy Tiger' and 'Cardinology' LPs by Ryan Adams, 'Saturdays = Youth' by M83, 'Plans' by Death Cab For Cutie, Jon Foreman's recent solo EPs, and everything ever by Jimmy Eat World.

Runner up is 'Only by the Night' by The Kings of Leon. Oh, and there are a few acts I love that I'm not sure if you get them across the pond: Check out both albums by The Feeling, both by Newton Faulkner, and 'The Seldom Seen Kid' by Elbow.

For worship, the recent Matt Redman and David Crowder albums are both really good.

Hello, very well written blog :0) Not total worship music and a little folksey but a few artists to check out Andrew Peterson, Randall goodingame and Small Town Poets. Anytime I listen to them I instantly feel a connection to worship :)

    Have a Blessed day
