Random Thoughts on a Random Day

Have you ever had one of those days where nothing seems to fit together? Today is one of those days for me.

It began with a morning of shopping for birthday cards and a cake for people at work. I ran into the lady who guided me in running my first dance team. It was great to see her. Really. I hadn’t seen her in years.

It then continued with a car ride where I had iPod ADD. I started with part of a This Week in Fun podcast, switched to deeflash’s september podcast, then half way switched to two Everfound songs and then ended with The Bible Podcast: Acts 16.

At work I’ve been hot, cold, hungry, full, and most recently had a sugar high followed by a crashing low.

The weather is dark and gloomy yet I’m not affected by it at all. For once.

I can’t wait to go home and play rock band. But part of me wants to watch a movie. And yet other parts of me isn’t even excited to go home because I’m okay being here at work.
